I purchased a CD(chants for children by S.P.Balasubramanyam) from flipkart.com. Order number is OD20524100662. The CD is not delivered for 10-15 days.Finally I have to cancel the order.There is no responce from flipkart customer care and even no feedback call from flipkart.com.I am very disappointed after experiencing this with flipkart.
Very poor service.Also Flipkart is very expensive when compared to the competitor websites . The expected time of delivery was as always mentioned as 2-3 business days but the actual delivery time is more. They replied that due we are still searching for the product.I really don’t understand this.In all, it might be a good site for usual stuff which sells like hotcakes, but not so impressive for other rare stuff. I guess the company is not able to manage the crazy expansion in the product lines they have gone through in last few months.
I wish they stayed in the books business only!
