I have ordered a book 4 weeks back (25 Jan 2012). After a week after order (30 Jan 2012), it has been cancelled by Flipkart siting unavailability of the book. However I have not received the refund even after 3 weeks after cancellation. I have contacted customer care multiple times. However they were of no help. I have requested for contact details of the customer care manager or any other escalation point, but no response from customer care. Effectively I am left with no options.
