I am countinuous consumer of flipkart. I have bought many items from this online website like Spice Mobile, kichen items and clothings for my self and my children. I never faced any problem with this online shopping. Even they have very good return policy which is prompt.
I bought electric tandoor from this site, but when it was received and packing was opened, the handle was broken. I call flipkart for replacing that. They promptly reponed and collected the same and replaced the same with new one.
