Iam customer for filp kart from 2 years this is the first time Iam very disappointed the way filp kart service going worst . Lets not waste your time come to my case ,
I placed order of 3 seater sofa on 11.10.2017 and delivery date was 15.11.2016 were I dont receive my order as slotted and I reached your team non of them responsed my query with any kind of order delay status from 16th onwards I have taken my time and explain my concern to team more then 20 executive and today that 25.11.2017 when I check my order status it say its delivered, how can you cheat customer by updating wrong information, were the order is not reached me physically, why your system is going so wrost and loosing loyal customers like us , later In name of Rahul superior assured me that he will escalate it priority through concern team for my order cancellation and refund with mail copy to me which is not done again this the worst service I had till date if this not taken up very serious and give resolution by refunding my money back , I will start my actions on social networks
