I have been ordered a vr box last month.its time delivery is good from other shopping sites. I have got a faulty one ie, one lens is not so clear vusible so I place a return back policy in the website it shows me that in 2 days our service boy will come and collect the product.
But no one has been there to collect the product for 5 days .
So I call to the customer care executive for this regard but the customer care call was also not connecting.
Its been a bad service of flipkart.com so thats why I gave it 1 star.
