I recently purchased Durfi Latex Orthopaedic Matress from Flipkart where the product specifications were like 100% latex with orthopaedic support. Once I got the product there is no latex used in the product and the foam used is very cheap quality fluffy and soft which leads to back pain. There is a 30 days trial policy from the seller where it can be returned without asking anything but the Flipkart has only 10 days replacement policy for the same. And the Product is sold directly by the Durfi itself. Now flipkart has assigned a technician which I don’t know what is for and after his visit they can see if they will pick the product or not. This will left only one option for me to file a case in the consumer forum for mentioning wrong description of the product just to sell the product.
