The Flipkart e-commerce is employing delivery partners to deliver it’s product to customer in time, but what is happening in their system is the company is giving vendor to operate it’s delivery system. The time loss, payment issue and quality delivery is hampered by this system they have setup. Due to involvement of vendors sometime you see packets are opened before delivery these happening at shorting center. They don’t deliver in time and delivery partners are forced to deliver every product to customer even they don’t want to receive the item. The payment don’t are not credit on time to deliver partners because the vendor eats first then it goes to deliver partners. The system should be run by Flipkart directly so every process from packaging to delivery will work smooth. Payment should be done to delivery partners directly by Flipkart. These are the cause why Flipkart is not getting good at product delivery and selling and one thing the when someone trying to return a product they should check is it the real product or fake one. Even if the customer gave the real product it exchanged in last mile center where vendor operate so the seller received the wrong product.
