Customer service is too bad according to my view because, in India the top online international site can reach even in rural areas through postal services, flip cart avoid most of the rural society which have good internet facilities. they cant handle versatile customers. quality of service is just okay. delivery time is also not much good. Worst delivery service and help desk. Customer care executives are there just to picking up the call not to help you not to solve ur issue but only to ask "aap nischint rahie ham puri koshish kr rhe hai " and "higher priority pe apka kam kr dia jaega mam" and all that. I ordered a phone( no fast delivery option there) I ordered normal delivery and drop a mail to flipkart that I need it urgent and also call to customer care. They said on higher priority we will send you ur order, very much disappointed. My advise, spend your money else where, unless you like be disappointed, annoyed and stressed out unnecessarily You get better service from other online retailers. the better thing is that the app, it allows you to shope, track or cancel your order from anywhere in the country . it is good to see the apps allows you to search the product wia text, voice and barcode, image is an exception.
