Hi everyone.Normally I am using flipkart and amazon for online purchase.The delivery time is good of flipkart.They are providing COD also.But before some day I had purchased LeTv le 1s.Though it was a flash sale wrongly I selected my default home town address.So I called them for more than five times and every time I have to wait for 7 min ya more than that.
Finally I talked to Customer care executive.I told them that I want to change my delivery address so she put me on hold for 4 mins and then she told that it is not possible.What is this yaar? In amazon you can easily change your delivery address.From 6 month I am waiting for that mobile and they have cancelled my order.very bad experience.
