Around 20 days back, I was trying to transfer a gift card to a friend of mine. I wrongly typed the email id. The email id that I entered was an invalid one(xyz@gmail.con instead of xyz@gmail.com). But to my surprise the gift card got transferred to an invalid email id. It did not bounce back to my email.
This very simple check is not present. I doubt the quality of implementation in place.
Post that, I emailed Flipkart customer suppor.They replied back and asked for details. I gave them the details.When the incident occurred, I send a lot of reminder email after that. But got no reply from them. This kind of service is not expected from such a good brand.
