I recently ordered a mobile phone as a birthday gift for my mom. I placed the order on Monday. I thought the product will be delivered in 3-4 business working day. But unfortunately the product was not delivered till Friday . When I tried calling the customer support the female who attended my call was extremely rude, she refused to share her name with me. She put my call on hold for more than 10 minutes saying that the issue needs to be escalated. But there was nobody to answer my query.
The courier details that was provided to me I tried calling them but din’t get any response from them too
Today is my Mom’s birthday and her gift is expected to reach on Monday now.
False claims.Late delivery and no response from customer support. This was my first experience with flipkart and I am extremely disappointed.
