Damaged product for 2nd time

I had ordered a small vase from INDIAN DECOR COMPANY. WHEN I RECEIVED IT.WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN.I ASKED for replacement and I got today. BROKEN AGAIN!IT cost me rs 675. What.is the company keep giving me replacement till the end of this year! Bloody fraudsters.they a sent two faulty items and and now I am awaiting my "status" on refund.


How convenient for flipkart and that stupid company.keep sending damaged goods and and keep my a cash.I didn’t expect this from flipkart. I was a loyal customer but this is treachery! MY ODER ID IS OD204849664083401000


Update: on 29th, after 4pm I got a call from them and my entire amount was refunded!so happy.thank god, but suffice to say I will stick to ordering books from now on as I had done before.they seem to be doing a good job w.r.t books! Also the customer care man took my word for it and no one was sent for a pick up.so it was an instant refund.:)
