Flipkart one of the leading online website in india I am alos like their services but I have a case in that I have ordered black polo t shirt in M size Flipkart delivered me after 5 days when I opened the package and remove the t shirt and wear that t shirt it tight on my shoulder I opened Flipkart app and I request for exchange to L size they accept my request in few minutes then a day ago delivery boy cames and collect that package after 3 days they delivered me t shirt I opened the package and their was a same problem like earlier I called to Flipkart customer service and tell them I wnt my money back uh guys are totally dumb u dont known difference between M and L after a day the delivery boy come and I returned that package after 3 hrs my money refunded in my phonepay wallet so their services is good but the think is they always return you your earlier things back so they have to think about that and change this because now days customer have many options to shop
