My concerned is about order no. OD116655124158867000 for lee cooper shoes ordered on 29th sept 2019. After regular follow up no body is clearing me about exact status of this parcel.
from regular follow up of 14 days some one suggest to write an email to you.
so please tell me what exactly the status of my order, as I had prepaid for this order, who is used my had earned money from last 14days whereas the parcel is not yet delivered.
normally online shopping sites make bullshit of their customers because after few days they tell him the product is out of stock, it does not matter how much time he had spent to choose that product or how much he wait for its best price. shopping sites take favors of selling partners and courier partner, they never question them why product late delivered as in my case.
your tele caller suggesting me to cancel and buy again is the only option. it is your problem the rates are varied/increased now, it is not an issue from our end.
so my query is please arrange to deliver the pair of shoes I had order with brand name lee cooper, size 8 immediately, either you can contact courier partner or selling partners because I never gona cancel this order.
hope for justice because already I missed an occasion for what I had purchased,
