I have bought my mobile phone ( Lenovo vibe k5 plus) from flipkart.com. it was a great experience with flipkart with its on time delivery , great service like you can track your order at every point even from the seller packs your order till your order gets delivered, and I remember once I have ordered cover for my mobile and it was not having cut-out for charger so I make a request for replacing the back cover and they assured me that it will be picked up from my place withun 48hours and it actually works. They have done what they said and they give me replacement at that time and the delivery boy was very humble. He apologised me for the inconvenience.
