I have been shopping from flipkart for more than 2 hours now and there had not been any single issue with them. From the packaging to the Delivery, everything is Perfect.
But I only shop from the Advantage sellers, they have 100% genuine products and you get 30 days replacement guarantee when you shop from them. The other sellers are good as well but sometimes I get wrong products but as there is Flipkart’s replacement policy, I got the refund/replacement every single time.
Fore those who think online shopping is risk, try Flipkart once. FYI I have bought electronics of upto Rs.50000 from flipkart, so if I can trust, you can trust too.
I am only disappinted for their app only model for phones. I miss the mobile website. Anyways it is still fun.
