I BOUGHT A LAZ BOY BLACK ARTIFICIAL LEATHER RECLINER.WHILE USING THE PRODUCT IT WAS OBSERVED THAT IT WAS VERY MUCH LACKING IN SEATING SPACE AND EASY RECLINING CAPACITY THAN THE RED LAZ BOY RECLINER WHICH I AM USING FOR LAST 2 YEARS. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE COMPANY TO ACCEPT RETURN AND REFUND MY MONEY, FLIPKART REFUSED CITING REASON THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED . THE RECLINER IS NOT PROPERLY AND SMOOTHLY RECLINING AND THAT FLIPKART DOES NOT CONSIDER AS A DEFECT.
ANYWAY I HAD ENOUGH.I AM TRYING TO DISPOSE THE ITEM TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND RECOVER SOME OF THE LOST MONEY .I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM UNLESS THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
