I’m using flipkart from last 4 years. I’m the one who always prefer 2 online shopping sites and flipkart is one of them. Actually reason behind flipkart losing is that their customer support and some fraud sellers. Customer support is not good as it was earlier. They do provide return policy of 30 days but it doesn’t hassle free. Sometime it make you irritated and regretted.
One thing is annoying for me is that they are forcing me to download their app. If you want to get discounts and offers then you have to install their app. Which I hate most. You should not discriminate your app and website users. I’m the user who I like to interact well with large screen rather than that tiny app. Speed of delivery is acceptable especially for when you purchase it from **WS Retail**. I will suggest users to check reviews and seller rating before buying anything from flipkart.
