Ordered multiple items in BBD SALE. 3 items originate from the same warehouse, 1 item delivered on time, 1 with a 1 day delay the 3rd item (Tablet PC) is no where to be found. Missed the promised delivery date of 19th of October and flipkart won’t even give a new delivery date or the explanation towards delay. The tablet has been sent to wrong city, then rerouted to Mumbai and now missing in action. If I ask customer care they give a robotic reply we are working on it. Since 3 days post promised delivery date they can’t even contact their own logistics company ekart and get a simple status of the package.
