Flipkart.com has a simple policy - They CANCEL any order at a very low price, even after FULL payment, if the product starts selling/getting orders at a much higher price.
Please understand that they will only supply you products priced cheaper ONLY if the same does not begin selling at a higher price.
They will cancel order arbitrarily, quoting their’Seller Cancellation Policy’
Flipkart did this to me on Order ID OD111332938755047000.
My order was cancelled by Flipkart 3 days after accepting the same and on the exact date of delivery(23 Jan 2018)
Their Reason given was that product was Unavailable with Seller. BUT Seller was indeed, STILL Merrily offering the same product on Flipkart.com!
When I asked Flipkart.com as to HOW the Vendor still offering same product, but at a higher price? . They started marking my comments and posts as SPAM on Facebook, even after replying to them, which was really funny.
Then I received a call from a Lady at Flipkart who told me that the Vendor was NOT stocked out. The Real reason was that the PRICE accepted was TOO LOW! . Hence the Cancellation!
FLIPKART basic policy, simply put, is: SCREW the Customer, any which way!
It’s best to go with AMAZON.IN if you want decent customer service and Fairness.
