Under order no. OD404149429322287000 on FLIPKART they delivered only one Kit in place of two.


After complain and sending multiple picturs of product package and Kit together, finally I made them understand that packaging was just sufficient to keep one kit only(Pictures attached). To proof this it takes me a week. After they agreed to their mistake and I got a mail response from FLIPKART “We are sending other product”, finally I opened wrapper of received product. I was surprised as product was duplicate.Differences between Facial Kit which we were using and FLIPKART supplied kit were;


1: Picture of Shahnaz hussen on original product and that on FLIPKART supplied product.


2: Sticker on both.


3: On bottom of original product, product packaging date, expiry date etc was mentioned, there was no such mentioned on FLIPKART supplied product.


We recognised these differences only because of we are using this product from last 10 year and luckily we were having one used kit.


I am unable to imagine what happened to some one who can’t find the difference and used this product on some precious occasions of their life.


Being a cosmetic product, it will definitely react with skin and may produce some irreversible skin allergic reacting.


Luckily we did not used the product(Which we suppose to use on Festivel).


Being a faithfull customer of flipkart since 2011, I send them mail with picture proof reg: duplicy of product.


Now the problem starts, upto first 3-4 mails they did not respond at all. After sending plenty of mails, finally I got a mail from FLIPKART.


“We cannot accept your request as this is against our return policy.”


And after that when I check the status of replacement product, found that item was cancelled and they were showing 2 kits were delivered to me(I have proof of mail send by them reg: their mistake by sending only one kit).


I contacted customer and he denies to return duplicate product and for returning money of missing product also.


I was shocked as how can a spokeperson of billion doller worth company talks like this, I mean he sound like “Neither we return duplicate product nor return money for missing product”.


When I insist, he told me to provide laboratory proof that product is duplicate.


I was surprised, as how events truun around when I complaint about duplicy of product.


Than I checked on their site about seller DEALSASTA.


Page is full of reviews against seller reg: Duplicate product, Incomplete order etc.


Inspite of this, when seller is allowed to sell his products on FLIPKART, it cleary indicats “FLIPKART is well aware of his wrong doing and they might be geting good commission to sell these cheap duplicate products on their site from such type of sellers”.


If FLIPKART is not guilty, they


1: Why I am unable to rate this seller, as every time it shows error massage when I tries to rate the seller.


2: Why are they not responding to my mails, which I am sending to cs@flipkart.com continuously reg: return of product and money.


From attached pictures its clear that, first they agreed to supply one Kit, that they cancel it and update in software that product is delivered.


I am surprised by the way FLIPKART is behaving, as from attached mails and pictures it is clear that “They had supplied only one Kit and that too duplicate” and In spite of that they are not returning money.


This is ROWDY type behaviour by FLIPKART.


Beaware FLIPKART downfall is not ahead.
