CUSTOMER SERVICE is very bad because I buy a smartphone company name ASUS ZENFONE 2 I want to refund my product so when I call the customer care then they say refund is available for this phone but unfortunately call was disconnected then again I call back the customer then they said refund is not available, i just buy this phone only 2 days they said refund is not available.
PRODUCT QUALITY is good except smartphones and very reasonable price except.
DELIVERY TIME is very very good under 4 to 5 days my product must come.
APP AND WEBSITE is also good and user friendly easy to use.
RELIABILITY flipkart is great website for online shopping only customer service should be change other all over thing of flipkart is great.
