I ordered a moto g 2 on flipkart on 6th october. The offer was an extra rs. 4000 off on exchange of my old mobile.
However, when I called customer care to confirm the same today they said that the discount was not appearing and might have gone to some other customer and nothing can be done about it. I will have to pay the full price. I have told them that I did not need the phone if the offer is not applicable.
Thank god I opted for cash on delivery. Will never ever again shop on flipkart due to this. I thought they were better off.
