I have been using flipkart for a long time, mostly for purchasing electronics because of their 30 day replacement policy, which is just too good.
But, fortunately for me none of the electronics had any problem.
Recently I bought a book, when I opened it I saw that around 10-20 pages were just blank. I immediately called up Flipkart, they answered promptly(unlike others where we have to wait for a long time). They told me I will get replacement soon.
After 2 days, I got a new book and I gave back the defective one to the courier person. No hassles, no worries.
They have gained my trust for a life time!
I urge everyone buying especially things like electronics, where things can go wrong, to use Flipkart.a replacement policy like this is a life saver!
You might say "warranty" is there but the advantage of a replacement policy is that you don’t have to go around waiting in the service centers hoping those people don’t break some other parts trying to fix this problem.
I am really glad I made my purchases with Flipkart.
