Ordered a few grocery items which included 2 packets of refined flour. One of the packets received was in damaged condition so it was returned immediately to courier.


However, the return was not received to Flipkart facility and hence they have no updates regarding the return(wonder if it got stolen by courier). Complain was raised on 19th June since there were no updates regarding the return, they processed a return but the verification process is stuck in same place since then. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times since then and they ask me to wait for 24 hours every time. Today they says that they have to contact seller regarding this which will again take time and refund cannot be completed now. This shows that they were not even paying attention to the matter every time I had contacted them earlier.


Had similar experience with return on Flipkart earlier with a defective mobile phone, had stopped shopping from them since then. No matter the varieties of items they have in stock, if you receive a defective/duplicate item then you can’t even get replacement without going through a hassle.


Even Snapdeal have better customer service to this day!
