Recently I ordered Redmi Note 4 from flipkart. They delivered me the broken piece and when I complaint about the same they sent their representative to check. Here at my place he checked the product and assure me that it will be exchanged and it is comany’s fault and later reported that I had myself broke the handset at flipkart office. They are behaving really ridiculously. When I asked customer care representative for the exchange of my product he denied saying that you yourself has done this. Poor and non cooperative services are being rendered by flipkart. They are delivering broken products and later on refusing to either exchange or refund. This site is not at all reliable and recommended for electronic items purchasing.
