There is no connectivity, transparency to customers. Flipkart executives, delivery process, seller-everyone is lost in there world. No sense of responsibility. No value for customers time or money. I had ordered a phone 10 days ago which has delivery date of 2nd day of the delivery. 8 calls to flipkart and still no delivery. At last after fighting for 10 times they provided number of a delivery guy, who cuts call on costomer’s face. Flipkart proves why amzon is first choice for customers.
