Filipkart.com is on of the worst online site in the the world.If I talk about customer Service of this online shopping site is very bad.I order some product from filipkart but one time I order a shoe from filipkart it does not fits with my legs then I go to filipkart site and try to return this shoe but there are no return option only replacement option then I contact to customer care but they do not solve my problem.The product quality and delivery time of this site is very very bad.Only few things are good on this website that are apps& website.It has good structure and nice looking timeline of the website.I think this is not a reliable online website and price of the product in the online site are very very high.
