There is no doubt flipkart’s wbsite is well maintained and goods quality is okay. But their way of treating customers is not much reliable. Once I ordered a phillips hair strightner for my girlfriend to gift her on her birthday. Since then neither the product has delivered to me nor the amount I paid them for order. When I contacted them , those guys over phone always said to wait and wait. So some factors are good but there is must a scope of improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction parameters
