I ordered a ecowellness dumbbell and as per the description, the contents in the box were 2. But only 1 dumbbell was delivered.
When I checked with the customer care, they agreed that that it was a mistake from their end and they said that they would arrange a return courier (within 1-2 days, 10 days gone still following up with the Customer care and the standard answer I get is the item will be picked up tomorrow... Tomorrow never comes) and refund the amount.
I still feel that, flipkart was supposed to deliver what was described in the website when I placed the order.
Flipkart will soon be PAST.(Probably, we may have to say "once upon a time there used to be a online website named Flipkart.com, which used to deliver the products on time and had a very good reputation.
But as the website started getting positive reviews, the flipkart.com started to become more aggressive.
1.It no more gives respect to its customers.
2.Never delivers in time. (I had a very bad experience with the delivery guy, who was lazy to locate my address in spite I gave him VERY CLEAR DRIVING DIRECTIONS).
3.Started cheating people with wrong information(in terms of product descriptions).
4.The return courier is not arranged in time at all.
There are many other websites/ shopping portals who are offering better service. I had a similar experience with one of the product I ordered in ebay.in. Since I was not satisfied with the product, I gave a negative feedback as the item was slightly damaged.
The amount was refunded within 2 days and I did not have to return the product.This is just an example to show what other shopping portals are doing to gain goodwill. Please be very careful while ordering any item in flipkart. Please try other websites and you will feel the difference.
