Impressed with the courier service used by flipkart lately. Got all the ordered products on/before time. Ordered Mi4i from flipkart on 17th Oct. I was supposed to receive it on 29th Oct 2015; got the message on 23rd that I will receive by the end of the day before 7 pm.
Got the message at 8 that "Sorry for the inconvenience" we will deliver your product tomorrow morning. And I got the product before 10 am next morning. Except this delayed delivery(though I got the phone on 24th instead of 29th), I got all the products on time.
Plus I was impressed that they apologized for the ABC inconvenience and informed me about the next best possible delivery date/time and delivered on time time. Exceptions are always there. Its always better to inform the customer about the inconvenience and apologize for the same.
