Flipkart is still in its initial stages long way to go it has to achieve customer satisfaction like Amazon.
I have tried Flipkart many times and most of the times I’m neutral or disappointed. The delivery is no way near Amazon. They are super fast. Where as Flipkart takes its own time.
And when it comings to packaging, Flipkart lacks too much in this area.
Few days back I ordered books for Flipkart and Amzon both at same time and they were both shipped from Mumbai. Amazon deliveries within 3 days and Flipkart took 7 day and the book was all bent at sides due to bad packaging.
