Its customer service is not so good but good as when I call them about an cimplaint on my order when I received they just change it with replacement with no issue.
But its delivery times are much more than other sites like amazon had delivered same order within 2 days while flipkart takes around a week just to deliver the oder.
its app is very easy to use but sometimes its get crashed and also its easy to remove add your
products in cart through app.
reliability is good as I used this site for shopping.
