I Bought lenovo k3 note on big billion day sale at flipkart.
got d mobile delivered on 26 - oct - 2015.
used jus for two days and my mobile gets heated at front and couldn’t even answer a cal.
so I made for return request.
got a cal from flipkart and they asked me to install SMARTCHECK app.
and they said that finding through smartcheck app. my mobile has no prob. and dont hav a heating issue. and the processor I son top and thats y it gets heated.
BT actually my ears gets so much of heat wen I take mob near my ears itself.
how is it possible to speak with so much heat?
and is thats so, then its actually a defect or its actually a heating issue in my mob.
and d second day I got a call. and they say that my mobile is in gud condition and cant approve my return request.
FIRST DAY THEY SAY IT GETS HEATED BCZ OF PROCESSOR ON TOP .
AND SECOND DAY THET SAY, MY MOB HAS NO HEATING ISSUES
WAT THE HECK IS THIS FROM FLIPKART.
THEY SAY 30DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY . BT wont take for replacement.
THE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART.
FOR SURE WIL MAKE A COMPLAINT AT CONSUMER COURT.
FOR GIVING FAKE PROMISES.
And plz don not buy electronics online.
