I want to share a bitter experience of mine while shopping on this online website.
I ordered "NAVY BLUE" Globalite Running Shoes - 1 pair. They slashed the price to 299/- from 999/- to tempt the customers. I got the product after 6 days and paid the extra shipping charges 30 rupees. But after receiving the product, I took a glance of it. IT WAS SHINY SKY BLUE WHICH WAS MADE UP OF REALLY CHEAP QUALITY AND THE SOLE GLUE NOT EVEN SPREAD PROPERLY. The feel was so cheap that even my local shoe seller would sell it for not more than 100rs.
I immediately wanted to return it back but the courier guy had gone by that time. It took 5 days more for the guy to come and collect it back. Then started the headache of customer service follow-up!
I called them approx. 15 times over a period of 7 days to know about when I will get my refund.! They told that the cheque is on the way.I waited and waited.but never got the cheque delivered!
After 3 months I had a recall of the incident and called them back. They then finally sent it through courier and I got it within 10 days.
PLEASE, DON’T EVER TRUST WHAT THE CUSTOMER CARE GUYS OF THIS COMPANY TELL YOU. THEY JUST TRY TO CONVINCE YOU AND HANG THE CALL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY WHILE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. DO AN AGGRESSIVE FOLLOWUP!
