User can choose product that best suits him/her according to this offers. Delivery charges may depend on the seller/retailer.The product can be tracked after ordering at any time. You can get products position. The payment options are standard i.e credit/debit card, net banking, Cash on delivery.
The product replacement is possible but you cannot return the product after it has been delivered. I have been ordering products from Flipkart since 5-6 years now and only once I found a product to be defective. Replacement was easily done. Just login, and tell the reason for replacement, it will be done.
