I had ordered a camera through Flipkart through order number OD11017171837 . They had shipped a free battery charger of some company called Envie. They have some cr@p policy that after one month they wont replace any defective items.
Actually when I began to use the charger after 1 month, it never was working. To my surprise when I called up Flipkart customer care to know where I can get it serviced, they clearly said since it is a free product, they don’t have any service center for that company.
What an unprofessional answer from a professional company. If I had known I will be getting such a cr@p product as a freebie whose service center itself doesn’t exist, I would have never gone for them.
Better call them and ask them before you place any deal from this people.
