I’m using flipkart from previous 5 years. It never disappointed me in that way. Sometimes minimal problems occurred but customer service helped everytime and solved my issues.
Flipkart website and application works very fine. Had faced some troubles at begining but it works very fine now.
Customer service is excellent. Provides 24x7 days services. Easily solves problem within some time or days. Bank transfers will also completes within 5-7 days.
Product delivery time and packaging is so good. Got genuine products each time. I had never faced experience of any broken or damaged products. Delivery time depends on availability of products. Sometime it takes 10 days, sometimes it takes only 24 hours. In average you will get with within 3 days.
They also provides some coins as a shopping gift which can be used in your shopping or in gift cards.
Vast availability of products attracts me everytime I use it. In a year I almost spent around 50k from flipkart.
