Real bad experience

Got a faulty product and when requested for replacement the same day I got it, first they are calling and try to resolve in their own way and not ours. Flipkart customer care is telling me that they will replace my defective phone once but if the replaced product is also defective they are neither going to replace it again nor they will refund me my money bank. Can you imagine a smartphone worth thousands and they are not refunding me. After all we are trusting them and buying products without seeing or holding or checking like we do in offline stores. I am done with flipkart.
