They have stopped giving much discounts while it’s competitors are giving the same products at lower prices. Shipping speeds are very fast. The return policy is not upto the mark, as it doesn’t provide refund for every return and tries to convince you for exchange only. While it’s website is very good and loads very fast, product descriptions are also very accurate and the pics are also accurate, you get exactly what you see on their site. Their strategy of app only shopping doesn’t sound good, though their app is very nicely developed. They have already started providing some offers only on app, which is disappointing. There are also no reward programs like referral earnings while other sites provide that. Hence I think it is good as far as money is not your concern.
