Well, I never had thought I would ever have to write anything against Flipkart. At least for the first few years- it was my’favorite’ shopping site. I would order something and it would deliver the package within 2-4 days. But now, I have seen several drawbacks. These drawbacks have disappointed me:
Flipkart delivery dates have become slow. Even in a metro like Delhi, sometimes I have to wait till 7-9 days for a product.
Earlier, if the total amount was 500 INR or more, the delivery was free. But now its not- the vendors are different.
The Delivery boys are not professionals. They would not like to walk up to the 2nd floor and ask me to come to the ground floor. Seriously?
Flipkart, please work on these things. Else I am not going back to your site.
