I ordered a book from flipkart vide order number OD20604191904 on cash on Delivery. The book was delivered promptly in four days and money was collected.
To my surprise I found that 200 pages of the book were missing and another set of 200 pages was repeated. As such a defective book was delivered which was useless and money collected for the same.
However, basis complaint made over telephone and by email, the replacement of the book was sent within 10 days time. Although the time taken for replacement was somewhat high, the fact that replacement was actually made without raising any questions, makes flipkart a reliable supplier.
