I have bought many items from flipkart, but service is worst in the quality of mobiles , I have bought 3 mobiles from flipkart till now. each and every phone has having some problems. We don’t have that much time to go in service center every time, if we have that much time than why we purchase online? Videocon tablet which I purchased still having problem of software since I bought before a year, second I bought lava its having problem of software and also having 3.5 mm jack problem, and third which I bought Sony Xperia Z ultra also having problem of software, when I use camera , its says no camera available, cant click any pics, I have to restart my phone every time when I have to click photos. I called customer support also last time I purchased , they informed that we will keep eye on your query but still not satisfied in mobiles. I think there should be a management who has to check whether the vendors are giving proper mobiles to customer or not. because I think that vendors must do like this , that they provide customers that type of faulty software phones and may be flipkart does not know, so there should be attention on it.
