I ordered an asus zenfone 3 mobile from flipkart before 5 month.but the mobile is not worked properly.i contacted the flipkart customer care and told them about this issue and asked my money to refund.but they told me that, they don’t provide refund for electronics items and they can only give a replacement.after some days I received the new mobile and it had the same problem.again I contacted them, but they were not ready to give me refund and they told me that sorry we can ’t help you now, go looks for a service centre.i request to everyone, don’t buy any product from flipkart because they don’t give you refund and instead they provide damn products.
