I think it is a good online shopping site but not the best. I have bought books and electronics through Flipkart and some times gift items too.
Once, instead of ordering through the cheapest seller, I ordered through a costlier vendor and my order was not fulfilled.
Price is very high for most products. They should reduce price and play discount games like other sides. Because that is what customers want.
