To be very honest, Before 2017 I was happy with this app. I have ordered 4-5 things tht I was happy with it.
But last month of 2016 .it gone wrong. I shocked with the behaviour.
Like they have no responsibility.
N my ordes were auto cancelled everytime.
n they had no serious action on it when I complaint . N I used to stop ordering
N this time . I really think I should nt order any item from flipkart.
But recently I made a mistaken again
Cuz recently, I ordered one item i.e
paingone worlds best pain relevr . Tht was delevered me on 25 dec 2017. It was not worked properly,
u can say. It not working still I got that from the deliver boy.
It was 10 days replacement policy. N I complete the procedure of return process. But it was
auto cancelled
for many times. I discussd many times with their customer executives. Everytime they told me tht my problem is shorted out. But still I dnt get the replacement.
One time I complainted to get the refund of that item . It was 3399.
N the customer executive of flipkart told me tht
U will get ur refund mam. Dn wry .
N nt only one customer executive but also 2 of them told me the abvoe statement.
But when the back in team contact with me, they deny me. N told me to replace tht. But still they dnt.
I really dissapoint with this app.

Such an disgusting app this is.
I kno I lost my money . N I never get it back. Neither I ll get the money nor, I ll get the good product.
