I used to shop from flipkart untill recently. I had ordered two products from the website. One of which reached me within 4-5 days but the other one was not delivered due to address issues as they said. As soon as the deadline to deliver the product passed I contacted them via email of which I got no answer I wasnt even informed of the current status of my order via texts or emails. If the address were wrongly put then how come the first product was delivered!
I had some issues in the past too regarding quality of the garments delivered.
Flipkart is basically a online shopping site where one can buy gadgets, mobiles, appliances, garments etc.
Recently the quality of the products being delivered along with the service provided to the customers has reduced dramatically.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-
Flipkart’s service to customers has reduced considerably. Their response time or feedback time is way too lengthy. One has to wait for a period of 3-4 days just for the executives to contact you back. They dont give any effort while interacting with customers and show no sings of improving their current state. Frankly im disappointed.
PRODUCT QUALITY-
The quality of the products vary in the case of un-branded merchandise and products from brands that are localised or not so famous. The obvious and branded products such as smartphones and branded tshirts and other gadgets are genuine or at least in my case they were genuine.
Do not buy garments that are not branded or are cheap in flipkart. They are of low quality and the colour fades after a couple of washes.
DELIVERY-TIMELIMESS-
They are not punctual or understand the concept of finishing within deadlines. If they feel like it they will deliver the order and if they dont then they will not.
RELIABILITY-
To be precise this app or site is not reliable at all. It may deliver your order within date or it may take a long sweet time to deliverr the product. then quality assurence cannot be promised. There always have been an issue with the quality of the product being ordered and they wont help you or guide you through the problems.
Overall-
It has been a sour experience with flipkart.i would not recommend any of the readers here to buy from flipkart. If you do buy then remember you are on your own qnd be prepared for any such mishaps.
