#Flipkart is actually #FRAUD_ KART.
its a #Cheater & #Fraud Company.
Beware and read the following cheating/fraud done with me.
I purchased a washing machine ( MarQ by Flipkart 8.5kg semi-automatic top loaded washing machine) under order id #OD115061726929878000 from Flipkart and it was delivered on 02/04/19 having 10 days return policy and the seller was #Omni_ Tech_ Retail.
But the product I received was a faulty product as wash tub of machine was leaking and door/cover was also broken. I raised the complaint and requested for replacement, technician also visited me on 04/04/19 and approved the replacement and on 07/04/19 and I also written email to Flipkart regarding this, but on 09/04/19 my request was cancelled by Flipkart by saying that new machine is out of stock you please raise the request for return. I again raised a new request for return of the faulty product ( within 10 days from delivery date) , again technician visited me on 12/04/19 and approved the return and on 16/04/19 I was given assurance via email that by 20/04/19 my issue will be resolved but this time also my request was cancelled before 20th April without giving any reason.
Once again I contacted the Flipkart and they apologized for the inconvenience caused and asked me again to raise the return request, I do the same and on 25/04/19 once again Flipkart assured me that by 29/04/19 my issue will be resolved and my money will be refunded, but before 29th April, 3rd time Flipkart cancelled my request without giving any reason. Once again I followed/repeated the whole process and by showing very much regret and apologies Flipkart asked me to provide one more chance and unwillingly I agreed for the same and they assured me that this time 100% my issue will be resolved by 06/05/19 and I will get back my money. But alas this time also my request gets cancelled for 4th time without giving any reason.
Till date more than 1 month has passed and my money is blocked with #Fraud_ Kart.
so I request all of you please don't be fool, don't use Flipkart app, delete it. otherwise you people may also loose your hard earned money.
There are so many online shopping platform, go for some other good, genuine and responsible app.
