My order has been mishandled by Ekart and flipkart is unable to sort my concern.after continuous follow up and multiple calls from and to customer service my order was not delivered. To my surprise I got an SMS on 6th day that order is rejected by customer, which I was informed of or never rejected by me. Flipkart is cheating customers for their lack in logiatics. Ekart is a shame
I order same product from Amazon. The delivery was done by dhl next day. Amazon is much better in order handling and logistics. I can confidently go with amazon rather than flipkart.
