Hii guys here I am a regular user at flipkart.com I am going to share my real experience on flipkart. firstly this is a platform where user can buy their goods based on the requirement. I ordered the redmi note 9 pro on 08-dec-2020 so my product was delivered on 15-dec-2020. and it is delivered safely. and delivery boy taken charge of delivery. till now this platform provided good services to me and I feel better.user interface of this application is good.I started using this application since 2 years -
as we can say that during covid-19 which are often used application this is one of them.i was purchased so many thing during covid-19. like mobile, desktop components and shoes
once upon a time my friend was purchased earphone that earphone was full of damaged.after that we did replaced this product on the flipkart through the delivery boy. delivery boy came and replaced it
that was the good service on flipkart.there is 8 days time limit of replacement after 8 days you want to replace the product will not replace -
before covid-19 so many peoples are not used this application like illiterate people, who don’t even know how to operate mobile.but during covid-19 period they also going to use this application -
every application has advantages and disadvantages as you can see below:
advantages:easy to use for every new user as well as old user
replacement option is available.there is offers during festivals
cash on delivery is also one advantage because there are so people who don’t want to pay before delivering the product they prefer cash on delhivery option and they provide google pay, phone pay and other payment gateways-
disadvantages:i ordered a headset blutooth earphone and delivery was excepted on 15-10-21 which was not done in time I made a complaint on flipkart customer care but they are making me fool saying that your issue is uder process and will be resolved in 48 hours but they didn’t replacing the fake product instead of approval on flipkart order cart is showing their courier
ekart also a cheater they are using local froud person for delivery in place of proper of employee please don’t buy mobile phones on flipkart if it is undamaged product then only you should go for flipkart.I had a delivery on that day from both flipkart and amazon
surprisingly I got a call from flipkart delivery boy and he says sir do you want to deliver product today I just replied him it was band today he replied me no problem sir I will come tomorrow delivery boy said if not possible delivery boy tomorrow again I was not exception delivery still
but after two day I got call from flipkart he came and delivered my product
I am using flipkart pay later, the bill generated for the month and I have paid
this is a mostly used platform in all over the world.everyone knows about this application.
with the help of this application we can buy goods from home there is no need to go outside sitting in home we can buy anything from this is main aim of this application
